Snapshots of Our Work…

A brief look at how our personalised and integrative approach has supported people across cancer recovery, chronic disease, weight management and wider wellbeing needs.

Star Star

Case Study 1: We supported a woman after breast cancer surgery and during adjuvant treatment with personalised nutrition, sleep support, exercise guidance and stress management. Over six months, fatigue improved by 40%, sleep quality improved, vitamin D levels increased from 18 ng/mL to 45 ng/mL, inflammation markers reduced, and she lost 4 kg while preserving lean mass.

Case Study 2: We worked alongside palliative care support for a man living with advanced colorectal cancer, focusing on comfort, appetite, pain, sleep and quality of life. At review, appetite had improved, weight had stabilised modestly, opioid use reduced by 20%, and functional status improved from ECOG 3 to ECOG 2.

Case Study 3: We helped a man newly diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes through structured nutrition, exercise, behaviour change and metabolic support. Within six months, his HbA1c reduced from 7.8% to 6.3%, weight reduced by 9%, triglycerides improved from 2.1 mmol/L to 1.4 mmol/L, and blood pressure improved from 142/88 to 128/78.

Case Study 4: We supported a woman with long-standing Type 2 diabetes, neuropathy and cardio-metabolic risk through a joined-up plan focused on medication optimisation support, nutrition, symptom management and lifestyle change. Over twelve months, her HbA1c reduced from 8.9% to 7.2%, neuropathy pain reduced, renal function stabilised and albuminuria decreased, alongside modest weight loss and fewer hypoglycaemic episodes.

Case Study 5: We worked with a man with newly diagnosed hypertension to improve weight, activity, nutrition and stress management through a lifestyle-first plan. After three months, he achieved 6% weight loss and his ambulatory blood pressure reduced to an average of 132/82, meaning medication was not required at that stage.

Case Study 6: We supported a woman with obesity, insulin resistance, PCOS-related concerns and suspected sleep apnoea through nutrition, behaviour change, activity planning and wider metabolic support. Over nine months, she achieved 12% weight loss, her menstrual cycle became regular again, fasting insulin and insulin resistance markers improved, and daytime tiredness reduced after sleep support was introduced.

Case Study 7: We helped a man with a history of yo-yo dieting build a more realistic and sustainable approach to weight management through personalised nutrition, behavioural coaching and structured exercise. Over six months, he achieved 8% sustained weight loss, with improvements in waist circumference, fasting glucose, LDL cholesterol, energy and sleep.

Case Study 8: We supported a woman after breast cancer treatment who wanted help with weight gain, fatigue and metabolic recovery. Over twelve months, she achieved 9% weight loss, regained muscle mass, improved insulin sensitivity, reduced inflammatory markers, and reported better energy and quality of life.
